Authorized usage is restricted to vetted corporate entities. Account credentials are non-transferable assets within our business intelligence ecosystem.
Data Boundaries
Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring models or export raw terminal data for third-party commercial reproduction.
Liability Caps
Our strategic advice is based on available data points at the time of reporting. Decisions made via our kpi dashboards remain the client's fiduciary responsibility.

Proprietary Assets & Intellectual Property
All software, visual interfaces, compilation methods, and synthesized reports found on AsiaBusinessIntelligence.digital are protected by Vietnamese Law on Intellectual Property and international treaties. Unauthorized dissemination of any "Asia Business Intelligence" branded material constitutes a breach of contract.
This includes our proprietary data visualization logic and the specific configuration of our data reporting modules.
Jurisdiction & Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City.

Service Accuracy Thresholds
We maintain a rigorous 99.8% data availability target for our reporting systems. However, users must acknowledge the inherent risks in market intelligence including volatility and provider latency.
User Prohibitions
Technical Misuse
Strict prohibition against automated scraping, indexing, or crawling of our kpi dashboards without explicit API licensing. Any attempt to bypass security headers will result in immediate IP termination.
Ethical Misuse
The platform may not be used for industrial espionage or market manipulation. Reports generated by Asia Business Intelligence are for internal strategic decision-making only.
